1. Basic facts

A. R, Q, as Q, was married to A and placed Plaintiff B, D, E, C, and S (Death, September 18, 1980) as his child.

B. The real estate (i) indicated in [Attachment 1] through (4) of the list of real estate in [Attachment 1] was completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale as of December 30, 1958, in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Land Ownership for General Farmland (amended by Act No. 1657, Jan. 14, 1965; hereinafter “farmland Special Measures Act”) with respect to the land owned by Q on January 14, 1965, Incheon Strengthening-gun, which was owned by Q (hereinafter “instant land”).

Luxembourg completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land of this case prior to the instant subdivision on July 18, 1980, based on the sale made on July 16, 1980.

(1) On January 11, 1994, the real estate indicated in [Attachment 1] List 2 (hereinafter “instant land”) was divided into the instant land before the instant partition. On the same day, the registration of ownership transfer was completed for the acquisition of the instant land by agreement on October 28, 1993 in the name of the Defendant, and the real estate listed in Annex 1 List 1 (3) (hereinafter “instant three land”) was divided into the instant land before the instant partition; on July 25, 2008, the ownership transfer registration was completed for the instant land on July 23, 2008 by agreement on July 23, 2008; on March 27, 2012, the said land was divided into the instant land and completed the registration of ownership transfer for the following reasons; on March 27, 2012, the title transfer of the instant land was strengthened by 15, 201, 201, 201, 201, 31, 15, 1, 25, 4.7.2.
