1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from May 8, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff, which falls under the Defendant’s deception, acquired KRW 50,000,00 on September 22, 2015 and KRW 50,000,000 on the aggregate of KRW 30,00,000 on January 26, 2016, based on the Defendant’s deception, to pay damages for delay from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the Defendant as damages for tort.

As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissals, Etc. were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be recognized, and the part in excess shall be dismissed.
