A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) operated a restaurant with the trade name of “E” by the victim D in C at Pyang-si around March 7, 2018; and (b) operated at the same time, the Defendant sounded the sobrigate in front of the 1st floor used as a residence and opened the door in front of the 1st floor.

At the above restaurant, the defendant F, who was divingd, listened to the sound of the defendant, demanded the victim F, who was out of the above restaurant, to return home to the defendant, locked the entrance, and re-enter the entrance, and laid the door into the above restaurant.

At around 23:25 on the same day, the Defendant injected waste, such as paper and vinyl, which was in a nearby garbage tank, which was installed in contact with the wall of the restaurant under the tent, before the above restaurant, and attempted to dump it into the restaurant by attaching a fire to the dump which was in possession in advance. However, the fire officer dispatched to the above restaurant as a report of the witness by the neighboring residents.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to fire a building which a person uses as a residence or exists.

There was an attempted attempt.

On March 30, 2017, the Defendant collected a stone stone (17 cm in length) which is a dangerous object in a chemical team, while drinking with the victim I (52 tax) and drinking in the H Mtet in the top of the H Mtet located in G at the Sambling 18:30 on March 30, 2017, the Defendant 16 of 2017, and caused the number of days of treatment due to the left-hand side of the victim's head.
