A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of three years and a short term of two years and six months.

The defendant is a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On January 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a conflict with the victim E (the 15 years old) at the Defendant’s house operating 101 in an Ocheon-gu, Ocheon-si; (b) and (c) assaulted the victim’s left left ear.

B. On January 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) even though the Defendant was the head of the Defendant’s office around January 27, 2016; (b) heard the victim’s speech that he did not refuse to do so from the injured; and (c) committed assaulting the victim by breaking the victim’s vessel on the following floor by breaking the victim’s house into the Defendant’s house.

On February 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the Defendant’s house, on the part of the Defendant, she laid down the victim, laid down the heart pulmonary resuscitation, laid down the victim’s upper part on the part of the victim, divided the victim’s name strongly, and assaulted the victim by allowing the victim to listen to the victim.

2. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (compact) committed rape by: (a) at the Defendant’s house around the lower end of the lower end of the month 2016, the Defendant demanded the victim to have sexual intercourse with the television; (b) the victim refused to have sexual intercourse with the victim; (c) the victim’s body divided the victim’s body into the Defendant’s body; (d) prevented the Defendant from leaving the body of the victim; and (e) by repeatedly committing assault against the Defendant to know the fact of sexual intercourse from time to time; and (e) suppressing the victim’s resistance that had already been caught by the Defendant’s sexual organ inserted into the victim’s quality and resistance

Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim who is a child or juvenile.

3. In around 14:00 on February 3, 2016, the injured Defendant was at the Defendant’s house, and at the time of attending the victim’s graduation, the victim took a photograph with another male, leaving the Defendant alone. The victim, who was found in the house, was towed from the new site to the new site, was towed by the head of the house, kiding the bridge, going beyond the floor of the house, and kid up again by breaking the bridge, and going beyond the floor of the bridge.
