Punishment of the crime

As a result, even though there is a history of violating the prohibition of drinking driving, the defendant again driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license under the influence of alcohol.

(2020 largeest 391) On February 12, 2020, the Defendant driven a Karen car under the influence of alcohol with 0.123% alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license from the G convenience store front of the G convenience store in F at the time of Gyeonggi-si to the front of H in the same city of about 900 meters.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
