The defendant is a person who drives a B knife knife on duty.

On June 19, 2013, at around 06:30, the Defendant driven the above maid vehicle at a distance of about 10km from the influent area of the Namyang-si to the influence of the 50-9 front-dong of the Seoul Jung-gu, Jungyang-gu, Seoul, with the alcohol concentration of 0.175%.
