A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2016, around 07:30 on June 20, 2016, the Defendant publicly obscenity committed an obscene act by openly committing an act of self-defashing and self-defashing sexual organ while viewing that many and unspecified female students, such as the victim D (inn, 15 years old) passing through the Busan Jin-gu Clley, Busan, and the place.

2. On June 21, 2016, around 07:30 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant committed a publicly obscene act by openly committing an act of self-defashing and self-defashing sexual organ while viewing that many and unspecified female students, such as the victim D (inn, 15 years old) passing through the place, etc. in the Busan-gu Elley, Busan-gu, Busan, and the victim D (inn, 15 years old).

The reason for sentencing under Article 16(2) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes Committed to Order is that the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for sexual crimes, and the Defendant again committed the instant crime even though he/she had the record of suspended execution of imprisonment for public performance and obscene crimes on around 2013, and there is a risk of recidivism. Accordingly, the Defendant is sentenced to a sentence.

However, the sentencing conditions, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, circumstances leading to the crime, means and methods, results, etc., shall be determined as ordered in consideration of the fact that the defendant is against the crime, and the punishment shall be determined as ordered.
