A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From November 2014, the Defendant was a person who had a relationship with the victim C from November 2014, and the victim C had another male family member.

At the same time, as the defendant demanded the hedging of the defendant, the defendant thought that he will remove the sedt risk that he had been dead by burning, and the victim C had a mind to enter the house with the house and keep the house.

On April 16, 2017, from around 16:20 to around 19:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door password and opened a house already known to the victim C, who had been living in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun; (b) opened two trings containing gasoline in advance to be placed on the tring lease; and (c) set off a stop on the tring lease, furniture, wall, etc. with a fire attached to the string.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) laid off the above sub-paragraph d above, which was used by the victim C, etc. as a residence, carried approximately KRW 5,00,00,00 in the aggregate of the market prices of the victim C owned by the victim; and (b) destroyed the above sub-paragraph d above with approximately KRW 1,80,00 in television, washing machines, cooling machines, air conditioners, air conditioners, and e-mail, etc., which are approximately KRW 27,829,50,03 in total; and (c) destroyed the above sub-paragraph d above to repair the inside.
