Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2013, at around 16:25, the Defendant driven a volume of approximately 10 meters on the road in Ansan-gu Yandong B apartment complex, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, under the influence of alcohol concentration of blood 0.07%.
