The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 09:30 on Nov. 10, 2019, the Defendant visited the house of the victim C (at 54 years of age) located in Yansan-gu B and the second floor of the above building, and assaulted the victim with his/her chest by his/her fault during the dispute with the victim due to the leakage in the ceiling of the first floor of the above building.

2. Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act and Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act (an indication of non-existence of punishment on December 4, 2019, which is after the institution of public prosecution);
