A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to seven months of imprisonment for an injury, etc. at the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon Prison on November 26 of the same year.

The defendant is in de facto marital relationship with the victim C (V, 57 years of age) who is a disabled person (class 2 of intellectual disability).

On April 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, at the victim’s house located in Daejeon P, 103 Dong 1101, and (b) had the victim’s resident registration certificate and seal while drinking, and (c) the female’s female’s female’s female’s female’s female’s female’s female female living together had the victim’s resident registration certificate and seal; (d) the victim, who took a dispute at the same time, took the kitchen of about 30cm in length (19cm in length on a day) of the dangerous object in the kitchen, and took it into the kitchen of the victim and took it into the kitchen of 30cm in length (19cm in length) and took it into the kitchen of the victim, and then, the Defendant made it clear that the female’s female’s left part on the part of the victim’s kitchen with the said kitchen’s kitchen as “the deceased,” and made it difficult for the victim to take care of the female and other injuries.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
