Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:40 on September 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the property by taking out the drugs he received from the first floor of the Daegu Suwon-gu Building C at the same pharmacy on the preceding day; and (b) destroying them by means of incidental equipment, such as dyplates equivalent to 60,000 won in the market price owned by the victim D, and 15,000 won in the market price; (c) documents equivalent to 15,000 won in the market price; and (d) documents equivalent to 50,000 won in the market price; (d) documents equivalent to 40,000 Gaps, an amount equivalent to 40,000 won in the market price; and (e) red ginseng 2, 6,000 won in the market price; and (e) 190,000 won in the market price equivalent to 6,000 won in the market price.

2. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim G (the age of 30), who was a trainee of the above pharmacy, by drinking and hunting at the above pharmacy on several occasions, such as face, hair, bucks, and sprinks, and sprinks, where the victim needs to receive treatment for about 14 days. In addition, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the victim’s face, hair, bucks, and sprinks.

3. From around 15:40 on September 12, 2014 to 15:55 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) caused by force to prevent the preparation, taking-out guidance, etc. of normal medicine and taking-out guidance, etc. for customers who were located in the above pharmacy by taking the medication at the above pharmacy on the ground that he was unable to lockedly responding to the taking-out of the medication at the above pharmacy; and (b) obstructed the operation of the pharmacy, such as the preparation, taking-out guidance, etc., of the victim H and the victim G by force by preventing them from spreading the medication, taking-out guidance, etc., of the medication by the above pharmacy and the victim G.
