1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 49,940,978 and KRW 12,116,275 from September 21, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(4) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant,” and the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have served KRW 12,338,075 out of the claimed amount on the third date of pleading, as KRW 12,116,275, and the date on which the payment order was served on September 10, 2019.”
