The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 15, 2012, at around 09:10 on July 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim E (the age 46) was “I would have returned to the State,” and assaulted the victim, such as the victim E (the age 46) her hand, her bat, her bat, her bat, and her bat, her hand, and her bat, her hand, and her bat, and her bats.

2. One set of the indictment in this case, which is a crime falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, shall not be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim under paragraph (3) of the same Article.

However, on March 13, 2013, after the prosecution of this case was instituted, the victim appeared as a witness in this court and withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
