Reasons

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. 1) The plaintiff's defendant is the owner of the plaintiff's ground E-204 (hereinafter "the apartment of this case").

The Defendant’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s right to lease, management, etc. was entrusted to the Defendant’s Intervenor, and the Defendant’s Intervenor’s Intervenor managed the above apartment.
