1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties and relationship 1) The Plaintiff: (a) around January 201, 201, as the Guide Ma (hereinafter referred to as the “D Guide”) located in Syria around January 201.

(1) In the case of Defendant B’s operation of the E-gu Team (hereinafter “Defendant B”), the E-gu Team (hereinafter “Defendant B”) shall be “Defendant B,” and the E-gu Team shall be “E team.”

(2) Defendant C is a person who has been engaged in a transfer to E in the process of the Plaintiff’s transfer from D group to E group.

B. The Plaintiff’s transfer-related to the Plaintiff’s transfer-related fee 1) Defendant B’s U.S. currency (hereinafter “U.S. currency”) in relation to the Plaintiff’s transfer-related relationship.

(2) On January 24, 2011, Defendant B paid USD 570,00 (excluding USD 30,000,000,000,000,000,0000) to D, with the interest rate of KRW 850,00 (including KRW 55,000,000,000,000,000) as the primary interest rate. However, Defendant B withheld the payment of USD 5,00,00 (excluding USD 125,00,000,000,000,000) between D and Plaintiff, there was dispute over the payment of part of the remaining interest rate between D and Plaintiff.

C. Of the foregoing, Defendant C’s claim, provisional attachment, seizure, and collection 1), the remaining claim for the remainder of USD 250,000 (including 5% of the mutual aid amount) against Defendant B of the Gu Group as Seoul Central District Court 201Kadan3140 on July 19, 201 (hereinafter “the remainder of the instant claim”) (hereinafter “the remainder of the instant claim”).

(2) Defendant C received a favorable judgment in the case of a claim for an agreed amount against Down on December 21, 2012 (Seoul Central District Court 2012 Gohap36215) and transferred the said provisional attachment to the principal attachment on August 8, 2013 by Seoul Central District Court 2013TTT22903.
