Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing or other car.

On April 25, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.141% in blood alcohol level, and turned ahead of the road to C from the direction of the Suwon Police Station at the intersection of the Hop-si 98 in the sphere of Supon-si.
