Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A (Defendant A) was a student who was in the third grade of a high school of the age of 17 years around May 2014.
