1. The defendant,

A. The transfer from the Plaintiff on August 31, 201 concerning the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff acquired the ownership of a motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant motor vehicle”) on March 31, 2010 and registered as its owner in the register of motor vehicles since it acquired the ownership of the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “the instant motor vehicle”) on March 31, 2010, in full view of each of the arguments and arguments by the parties to the claim and judgment, or the purport of Gap’s evidence No. 1 through No. 4 (including the number of branch numbers). The Plaintiff appears to have waived the ownership of the instant motor vehicle by borrowing money from a person who was not a party to the instant motor vehicle and failing to repay the money, and the Plaintiff appears to have transferred the instant motor vehicle by giving up the ownership of the motor vehicle. As to the instant motor vehicle, the Plaintiff and Dongbu Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. entered into an automobile insurance contract with the Defendant Hyundai Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. from March 31, 2010 to March 31, 2011.

A person entered in the register of automobiles as an owner, as well as a person who has directly acquired a motor vehicle from him/her or has acquired it from him/her, may also seek a transfer registration procedure.

Meanwhile, in order to transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle, a motor vehicle shall submit a certificate that pays the motor vehicle tax imposed on the motor vehicle (main sentence and subparagraph 1 of Article 132 of the Local Tax Act), and in relation to fines for negligence under Article 56 of the Act on the Regulation of Violations of Public Order, a motor vehicle related to fines for negligence related to the motor vehicle has been seized and registered due to the delinquency
