The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. In light of the summary of the grounds of appeal, the court below found the defendant not guilty of the facts charged of this case, which affected the conclusion of the judgment by misunderstanding the facts, although the defendant was found to have suffered bodily injury because the victim was on walking the chest.

B. Examining the judgment of the court below in comparison with the records, the court below found the Defendant not guilty of the facts charged of this case on the ground of the above circumstances.
