1. On June 4, 2015, at around 19:23, the Defendant taken video images over about 1 minute 30 seconds of a woman under name, who was on the front stairs of the Defendant using a smartphone camera at the D Station Transfer 2 of the subway line located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu using a smartphone camera.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera.

2. On June 4, 2015, at around 19:25, the Defendant taken video images for about six minutes by using smartphone cameras in the subway 2 line, which run from the subway stations listed in paragraph (1) to E basin.

3. On June 4, 2015, at around 19:39, the Defendant taken video images of about 8 seconds of one woman in non-name, using smartphone camera, from the stairs of the Incheon direction platform in the subway line E station located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using smartphone camera.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera.
