1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff, a foreigner of Egypt nationality, entered the Republic of Korea on September 23, 2017, with the status of stay for short-term visits (C-3).

B. On October 24, 2017, the Plaintiff applied for recognition of refugee status to the Defendant. However, on June 19, 2018, the Defendant rendered a decision to deny refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the Plaintiff’s assertion would be subject to persecution as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees.

C. The Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on July 15, 2018, but the Minister of Justice dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on May 27, 2019.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was a merchant who sells home appliances in its home country, but the economic situation has deteriorated since the Revolution, making it difficult for the Plaintiff to operate the business, and thus, the Plaintiff borrowed money from the penalty to lend money in the market, but the Plaintiff did not pay it in full due to its lack of business.

They attack or threaten the plaintiff at any time, and the plaintiff has reached knife one of the siblings to protect himself during the dispute, which led to the death of the plaintiff.

I would like to find the plaintiff in order to kill the plaintiff because his punishment will be multiple to the plaintiff.

In the event that the plaintiff returned to his home country, the disposition of this case, which did not recognize the plaintiff as a refugee, is unlawful.
