A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 30, 2014, around 04:20 on March 30, 2014, the Defendant stolen the 3,000 bicycles owned by the victim D at the underground parking lot of the Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, by getting on and off the 3,000 bicycle.
2. On April 2, 2014, around 05:17, on April 2, 2014, the Defendant stolen a thief by getting on or off a victim E-owned rash bicycle at the underground parking lot of the Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan.
3. On April 4, 2014, around 04:51 on April 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim F’s metric tons at the underground parking lot of the Busan East-gu C building in Busan-gu, Busan, by getting off one bicycle.
4. On April 6, 2014, around 05:40 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen, on the ground of the underground parking lot of the Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, by carrying one of the victims G, which was located therein, into a non-motor vehicle; and (b) stolen it.
5. On April 7, 2014, around 04:54 on April 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant, by getting on or off the part of the victim H at the underground parking lot of the Busan Dong-gu C building, Busan, the Defendant: (b) stolen the Defendant, by getting on or off the part of the victim H.
6. On April 10, 2014, around 04:45, on April 10, 2014, the Defendant stolen the 3,000 bicycles owned by the victim E at the underground parking lot of the Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, by getting on and off the 3,000 bicycle.
7. On April 11, 2014, around 04:00 on April 11, 2014, the Defendant stolen the 3,000 bicycle system owned by the victim I, which was located in the underground parking lot of the Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, by getting on and off the 3,000 bicycle system.
8. Larceny and violation of the Road Traffic Act on April 14, 2014;
A. At around 03:48 on April 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen, by means of getting on and off 3,000 bicycles owned by the victim J, which were located in the underground parking lot of the building C in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.
B. On April 14, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) is located in the same location without a car driver’s license at an underground parking lot of the Busan Dong-gu C building around 07:00.
