When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2016, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven BM5 car at the section of about 1 km from the spring side of the area where the blood alcohol level was driven at 0.081%, in the direction towards the boarding of the area in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, from the spring side of the area where the blood alcohol level was 0.081%.
