1. Defendant I’s KRW 27,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from April 29, 2015 to July 15, 2016.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff's assertion

A. On January 20, 2004, J, the husband of the Plaintiff, lent KRW 220,900,000 to the Defendants by January 20, 2007, including lending KRW 500,000 to the Defendants. It actually lent the Plaintiff’s money.

Each of the above loans is jointly entrusted by the Defendants to J for sale of the land outside the Seo-gu Incheon Western land and seven lots (hereinafter “instant land”).
