1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150 million with the interest rate of KRW 150 million per annum from August 17, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
In full view of the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and all the pleadings, the plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the defendant on March 8, 2016, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 150 million, the lease deposit amount of KRW 150 million, and the lease period of KRW 20 million, and the resident in the above real estate after March 29, 2018. The plaintiff delivered the above real estate to the defendant after the lease period expires, but the defendant did not return the lease deposit to the plaintiff.
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 17, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as the Plaintiff seeks.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
