Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2019, at around 06:20, the Defendant:601, from active B1 to 5, the Defendant: (a) discovered one mobile phone at the unclaimed market price, which the victim B (the victim 41 years of age and South) posted in order to charge the goods stored in the container; and (b) taken off the cell phone with his hand by taking advantage of the cresh that has no surrounding area.
