1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 66,50,000 and KRW 62,660,990 among them, from March 11, 2020 to April 6, 2020.

According to Gap 1, Feb. 11, 2020, the plaintiff confirmed that the amount of interest in arrears was KRW 66,50,000,000 in total and KRW 62,660,990 and KRW 66,50,010 until February 11, 2010 and the interest in arrears was paid until March 10, 2020, and agreed that the interest in arrears was paid until March 10, 2020, the defendant C Co., Ltd. jointly and severally guaranteed the above obligation of the defendant C Co., Ltd.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 66,50,000 and KRW 62,660,990 among them, with 15% per annum from March 11, 2020 following the due date for repayment to April 6, 2020, which is the delivery date of the instant payment order, and 12% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as they are without merit.
