Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2017, at around 00:05, the Defendant discovered the victim C(49 years) who was suffering from conflicts with the use of a flat parking lot in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu B lending, Seoul, and caused the victim's face to a large number of times due to drinking, and caused the victim's stroke who was on the floor above the victim's body to suffer approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
