A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2019, the Defendant received a proposal that “a loan already used at a low interest rate is high. Accordingly, the defendant would receive compensation and lent the means of access.
