Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B’s violation of the Automobile Management Act is the owner of a enclosed C and cargo vehicle.

On March 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining the approval of the competent authority, installed an auxiliary radar for driving training at the front parking lot of the ebrid apartment in the 54-lane 59-h, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, 2015, and installed the devices of the motor vehicle.

2. Defendant A’s violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who operates the “E”, which is an indoor driving practice of the Formula 2 in Daegu Northern-gu D.

No person who fails to register a driving school shall display or advertise a trade name using titles similar to a driving school, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering a driving school, posted or advertised a trade name using a name similar to a driving school by operating a “E” website, which is an Internet portal site, from July 10, 2014 to July 16, 2015.

3. No person who fails to make a registration of a joint driving school in violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Defendants shall conduct the driving education of motor vehicles in return for payment;

Nevertheless, Defendant A introduced Defendant B, who provided driving education for road driving without registering the driving school for the students suffering from the above “E”, and Defendant B received KRW 50,000 per four hours from the F, a driving trainee, before the driver’s license test site located in Taenam-gu, Daegu, Taenam-gu, Daegu, and provided driving education for the driving of road driving by using the above C wing and cargo vehicles, etc. around that time, Defendant A provided driving education for the same manner against G, H, and I, a driving trainee, by the same method from July 10:45, 2015.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to conduct driving education for automobiles without registering the driving school.
