1. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant stated in the “request amount sheet” in the separate claim amount sheet to the Plaintiffs and each of the above amounts.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiffs provided labor at the hospital operated by the defendant Q as stated in the attached claim amount table "period of work", and the defendant may recognize the fact that the defendant did not pay wages, retirement allowances, etc. as stated in the attached claim amount table of the plaintiffs' retirement date after December 31, 2018.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiffs the amount stated in the "request amount" column in the attached claim amount table and each of the above amounts at the rate of 20% per annum from January 15, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the expiration of 14 days from the plaintiffs' retirement date.

Therefore, since the plaintiffs' claims are well-grounded, it is decided as per Disposition by admitting all of them.
