Nevertheless, at around 23:50 on September 12, 2016, the Defendant employed Domins D and E, and arranged to provide entertainment services by drinking out 30,000 won per hour upon receiving a request from Domins D and E from 1 other than Domins F, and let the above customers drink alcoholic beverages or provide entertainment services by singing or dancing.
