[Criminal Power] On May 23, 1996, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at Suwon District Court; on August 3, 199, ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny; on August 16, 200, at the Government's branch of the Seoul District Court, five months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny; on May 1, 2003, the same court was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny; on May 4, 2005, 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at its branch of the Daejeon District Court; on March 23, 2007, at the Suwon District Court, for 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at its branch of the Daejeon District Court; and on July 1, 2010, at its branch of the Daejeon District Court, 16 years of imprisonment with prison labor at its branch of the Daejeon District Court as 13.6 years of the Aggravated Punishment Act.

1. On July 14, 2019, around 01:10 on July 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the said restaurant through the entrance to steal cash in the said restaurant; and (b) stolen cash amounting to KRW 200,00,00, which is the victim’s possession under custody in the said restaurant, with the entrance, around July 14, 2019, in order to steal cash in the said restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., and invaded upon a structure at night during the period of repeated crime, and stolen the victim's property.

2. On August 25, 2019, the Defendant, around August 25, 2019, stolen cash kept in the said restaurant at the “G” restaurant operated by the victim F of the victims of the damage in Guang-si, Guang-si around 04:29.
