1. The defendant C, V,Y, AC, AM, AZ, BA, BU, and BY shall be dismissed;
2. With respect to the 7,008 square meters of Northern-gu CI large 7,008.3 square meters at Port at Port.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 8, 191, when CJ Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SJ”) newly built and sold three (3) loan lines (hereinafter “instant loan”) on the ground of the instant land that was owned by it, it completed the registration of site ownership on August 8, 191 as to the land’s share (5,557.12/7,008 shares out of the instant land) in the proportion of the above loan site and the part of the land necessary for its use (5,57.12/7,008 shares). The remaining shares (hereinafter “instant land share”) remaining as owned by Nonparty Co., Ltd.
B. On September 5, 1996, the non-party company sold the instant land shares to CK, which was its representative director, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the said land shares on the 13th of the same month.
C. On November 11, 2010, the Plaintiff was awarded the instant land share in the Daegu District Court’s Port-Support CL real estate auction, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the said land share on February 21, 201.
The occupants of each household of the loan of this case use the remaining part of the land of this case, excluding the land of this case and the part of the land of this case, as parking lots, garbage removal sites, etc.
E. As of the date of the closing of the argument in this case, the Defendants except Defendant C, V, Y, AC, AZ, AZ, BA, BU, and BY and the other Defendants, and Defendant C’s assignee takeover Intervenor CB, Defendant CB, Defendant Y’s assignee takeover Intervenor, Defendant AC’s takeover Intervenor, CD, Defendant AE, Defendant ACF, Defendant BA’s takeover Intervenor CF, Defendant BA’s takeover Intervenor CG, Defendant BG, and the Korea Coast Guard Association, Defendant BU takeover Intervenor, and Defendant BY’s takeover Intervenor CH (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”). [Attachment 4] The Defendants, the owners of each household in this case, and each of the above takeovers, owned the ownership of each household in this case, and the ownership ratio thereof.
