1. On July 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30, the roads used before the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sinung-dong 882-20 Sinung-dong; (b) the police officers assigned to the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station C police box, who stopped due to the signal waiting during the patrol, and (c) the patrol vehicle driven by E during the patrol, while serving as the police officer.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the police box service and the custody of a person.

[2015 Highest 5282] On December 3, 2015, around 11:45, the Defendant assaulted the victim I (n, 42 years old), who is the owner of a restaurant, by drinking in H restaurant located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the head of the victim I (n, 42 years old) who is the owner of the restaurant, by drinking in a manner that is dangerous articles without any reason, and by walking in a sweak.
