A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed an indecent act by force against a child or juvenile by force, on the following grounds: (a) around September 04, 2018: (b) around the Defendant’s home room in Hongsung-gun B apartment C, the Defendant’s wife D, the victim E, the victim E (the 16-year age age), and F, the victim’s seat, f, entered the toilet to make the Gutooto; (c) on the part of the victim, the victim f, entered the toilet to turn the victim’s chest on two occasions; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against a child or juvenile.

2. Around 07:00 on September 8, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the Victim F (22 years of age) face, E, who is E, when, in the Defendant’s house located in Hongsung-gun B apartment C, the Defendant followed the Defendant’s forced indecent act, such as Paragraph 1, and followed it.

3. The charges charged on the obstruction of performance of official duties were appropriately revised to the extent that the exercise of the defendant’s right to defense is not substantially impeded by the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court.

On September 8, 2018, the defendant opened a door at the house of the defendant located in Hongsung-gun B apartment C, Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun, 2018, and at the request of the police officers dispatched to the site after receiving 112 reports.

In the process, the police officer tried to ask the defendant for personal information, etc. in order to confirm the damage of sexual assault as stated in Paragraph 1, and the defendant assaulted the chest part of the G in his arms elbow with a strong entrance to the bend rail, and continued to restrain the defendant from doing his act, and used the slope H in his hand, "I have come to governance, I have to see the police officer, I will see it as "I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see, I will see.

Accordingly, the defendant handles 112 reported cases by police officers in uniform.
