Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000. If the Defendant fails to pay the said fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:00 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s work of constructing new housing by force, by preventing the victim’s D from having access to the said land to the land and preventing the victim’s name for the victim’s land from entering the land as an access to the housing site, and making it difficult to know the victim’s name for the housing construction work without going to the construction site, on the ground that the said trees cannot proceed with the construction work.

2. Violence;

A. On May 2, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance site of the new house construction site located in Gangseo-gun E, Gangwon-do; (b) at the entrance site of the new house construction site, the Defendant: (c) used the Defendant’s land of 33 square meters for the purpose of having access to the house; (d) did not turn on the way to the people who left the house construction site; and (e) set up a black box on the access road of the said house; (e) set up a way to prevent the passage; and (e) used the victim F (the person in charge of the construction) and the two descendants during the time of the use of the land, and committed assault on the victim’s chest.

B. At around 10:00 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant sought the victim F from the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-gun G, and assaulted the victim’s face one time in his/her hand by taking into account the fact that the Defendant recklessly cut off the night trees located in the forest and fields in the above D.

3. Around 08:00 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant damaged 3 gyeast trees, where the market price of the victim’s possession is unknown by arbitrarily cutting off the said night trees using a saw, on the ground that there was damage, such as the increase in the number, etc., to the Defendant’s plastic house due to the night trees located in the victim D’s forest located in Gangwon-gun E, the Defendant damaged the said night trees by arbitrarily cutting off the said night trees by using a saw.
