Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2020. 5. 3. 00:30경 제주시 B에 있는 ‘C노래방’에서 이유 없이 D을 폭행하였고, 이로 인해 112신고를 받고 위 노래방에 출동한 제주서부경찰서 E지구대 소속 경사 F(39세)과 경사 G(35세)을 보자 “나는 서부경찰서 H회장이다. 너 이 개새끼들아, 내가 가만두지 않겠다.”라고 욕설을 하며 손으로 F의 가슴 부위를 밀쳐 넘어뜨리고, 공무집행방해죄의 현행범으로 체포되어 순찰차에 탑승하는 과정에서 발로 F의 허벅지를 1회 걷어찼으며, 위 순찰차 내에서 피고인 옆에 앉은 G의 얼굴을 머리로 수회 들이받아 경찰공무원의 112신고사건 처리 등에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.

On May 3, 2020, the Defendant was going to conduct an investigation according to the Jeju Police Station E zone located in Jeju Police Station E zone located in I at Jeju on May 3, 2020, and the Defendant obstructed legitimate execution of duties regarding the handling of police officials’ 112 reported cases by the J (the age of 41) in order to realize the Defendant who is going to undergo a disturbance.
