In accordance with the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, the part demanding payment of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum after July 4, 2019 shall be dismissed. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Defendant by applying the proviso to Article 98 and Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
