1. The defendants C and D respectively are 525,00,000 won for each of them to the plaintiff succeeding intervenors, and the defendants E are grounded on the above defendants and each of them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 12, 2009, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of sale on June 10, 2009, with respect to H Condos (hereinafter “instant Condos”) Nos. 101 and 117 in Jeju G owned by Nonparty C, and Defendant D also completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of sale on June 10, 2009, with respect to the instant Condos Nos. 102, 103, 104, and 105 owned by F.

The sales price of the instant real estate was KRW 525,00,000,000, which was the money, from the company account of the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) to the agricultural bank account in the above F’s name on February 13, 2009; and KRW 60,000,000,000 on February 17, 17, 200; and

6.1.1. 15,000,000 won was transferred and paid in full.
C. Defendant E (hereinafter “I”) is a representative director, Defendant C, and D’s each internal director. The Defendants, on February 1, 2012, obtained a loan of KRW 300,000,000 from the Jeju Bank under the said I (hereinafter “ Jeju Bank”) and completed the registration of creation of a new mortgage (hereinafter “registration of creation of a new mortgage”) with respect to the instant real estate at KRW 390,000,000 with respect to the debtor I, the mortgagee, the Jeju Bank, the maximum debt amount, KRW 390,000.
Defendant C and D completed the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on the same day to Nonparty J with respect to the instant real estate registered under their respective names on September 25, 2012. Of the instant real estate, the registration of ownership transfer was completed from J on March 7, 2013 to Nonparty C and D, and currently owned by K after the completion of the registration of ownership transfer from J on March 7, 2013. The instant containers were completed from J on the same day to Nonparty D, and were currently owned by L.
