1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Fact-finding;
A. The instant real estate was owned by Defendant B and C, each of whom was owned by one-half of their respective shares, and the ownership transfer registration was completed on September 30, 2016, on the ground of the sale on August 3, 2016.
B. The Plaintiff is a licensed real estate agent who opened and is operating the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu. Defendant D concluded a lease agreement with Defendant B and C on the second and third floors of the instant real estate as the broker of the Plaintiff on December 17, 2014, and established and operated “H Council members” in the said real estate.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. On May 2016, the Plaintiff’s assertion as to the cause of the instant claim: (a) the Defendant B and C agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the amount equivalent to KRW 50 million (including value-added tax, and KRW 0.9% of the sales price) upon requesting that “The instant real estate be sold by not less than five billion but not less than five billion before October 2016.”
In particular, the above defendants requested that the sales brokerage of the above real estate was different from that of the plaintiff in fact exclusively dedicated to the sale and purchase of the above real estate, and the plaintiff transferred another brokerage service and concentrate on the sales brokerage of the real estate of this case.
② Defendant D requested the Plaintiff to purchase commercial buildings adjacent to the instant real estate through I, who had been in charge of H’s administrative affairs. The Plaintiff, through I, recommended Defendant D to purchase the instant real estate through I, provided that Defendant D would have an adequate investment value by analyzing the lease status, investment rate, etc. of the instant real estate and explaining it.
③ During that period, K, which operated “J” in the vicinity, has the intention to purchase the instant real estate.
