1. A thief: (a) around August 30, 2014, the Defendant found the victim D-owned market in the building empty parking lot located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and driven the vehicle by leaving the vehicle as the key of the same model that the Defendant was holding.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On September 21, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven an ETS125 EVO erroneoustoba, which was stolen from the section of approximately 300 meters, under the influence of alcohol of 0.087% from the 300-meter radius to the front day of the defensive Jindo Residents Center located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., 21:30 on the same day, as Paragraph 1, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.087% from the 300-meter radius.
