A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:30 on August 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the key of the victim C’s object box in the sports center male room located in B at 06:30 on August 29, 2018; (b) discovered the key to the victim C’s object box; and (c) cut off the victim’s cash amounting to 300,000 won, one identification card; and (d) cut off the wall with three credit cards; and (e) stolen it from around that time to February 4, 2019 with cash amounting to 1,306,000 won in total over four occasions, such as the list of crimes Nos. 1, 2, 5, and 6.

On February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the “E” located in D at night with a view to stealing the property of other customers; (b) discovered the key of the victim F’s satis; (c) opened an object used by the victim; and (d) cut off the cash amounting to KRW 605,000 from around that time to February 4, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property; and (b) took off the cash amounting to KRW 4,55,000 from around that time to around February 4, 2019.

Around February 2, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime on February 2, 2019, which caused damage to property, caused damage to the unrepair of the repair cost by cutting down the gap under the door of a bath object owned by the victim I and destroying the door of a bath object in order to steal the property within the bath subject matter in G at large scale around 23:50 on February 2, 2019.

Around February 4, 2019, the Defendant destroyed the front door of the bath goods owned by the Victim L in order to steal the property inside the bath goods at K on February 4, 2019, around 21:30, the Defendant damaged its utility by breaking the front door of the bath goods owned by the Victim L in order to steal the property inside the bath goods.
