Therefore, at around 14:00 on September 25, 2012, the Defendants received KRW 15 million in the name of the start money from the victim who is the vice president of the said K, through the aboveO that believed the said horses at the above NO offices, and in the same way received KRW 15 million in the name of the expenses, such as approval for appraisal at the same office around 15:00 on September 28, 2012, and around 15:00 on October 31, 2012, the Defendants received the appraisal of the instant real estate at the uniform located in the New-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and received KRW 30 million in total three times, and received KRW 50 million in total.
