1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for payment of KRW 130,408,250 and the period from August 30, 2012 to October 24, 2012.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. around January 7, 2010, Defendant A was hospitalized in the Plaintiff hospital and received medical treatment. From January 7, 2010 to August 28, 2012, Defendant A’s hospitalization and treatment costs are KRW 130,408,250 in total.
B. Defendant A, as a person of Defendant A, guaranteed the Defendant A’s obligation to pay medical expenses to the Plaintiff hospital.
C. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 130,408,250 and the damages for delay.
