A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2011, the Defendant: (a) was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months; (b) two years of probation; (c) order to observe protection; and (d) order to attend a sexual assault treatment lecture for forty hours at the Seoul Central District Court on April 26, 2012; (b) the above judgment became final and conclusive and became a person subject to registration of personal information; (c) was sentenced to six months of imprisonment on January 23, 2013; (d) violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Confidentiality, etc.); and (e) on March 25, 2013, the suspended sentence was revoked; and (e) the execution of the sentence was terminated at a Busan District Court on October 19, 2013.

The defendant did not submit personal information to the head of the police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from the date of the above final judgment, and on August 23, 2012, the Minister of Justice registered the personal information of the defendant ex officio in accordance with Article 44 (4) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.

A person subject to registration of personal information shall attend a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile every one year from the date of the initial registration and have the head of a police office take photographs of his/her own fixed name, left-hand side, right-hand side and telegraph, and store and keep them in electronic form.

The Defendant did not comply with the above shooting without justifiable grounds from August 23, 2012 to August 23, 2014, which was the first date of registration of personal information, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million in the Sungnam branch support on May 21, 2015. However, the Defendant did not comply with the above shooting without justifiable grounds from August 24, 2014 to August 23, 2015, and from August 24, 2015 to August 23, 2016.

On January 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury in the Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch of 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan branch of Busan on October 19, 2013.

On September 15, 2016, the Defendant was at the dwelling of the Defendant, who had Sungnam-si C, 1107 Dong 1001, around 18:12.
