Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants primarily scattered one floor of hospital in which cancer patients are hospitalized, or both on the same floor, and shared each Handphones by sharing the Handphones, thereby making the patient locked or steals the handphones in the absence of the patient, thereby soliciting money by selling them.
1. At around 15:50 on February 14, 2013, the Defendants: (a) placed the victim G, a nurse, on the corridor No. 207, the second floor of the F Hospital Cancer-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with one gallon Handphone, which contains medical supplies, and stolen it.
2.
