Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.178% among the blood transfusion around 03:35, started from the fluorial area of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and driven a car with Bnice coo in the section of approximately 3km from the section of approximately 3km up to the road near the front seat of the Kimpo Airport in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
