1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Article 3 [Definitions of Terms]

3. The term "applicant" means a person who expresses his/her intent to join a regional housing association as a member;

4. The term "application amount" means an application amount for membership of an association paid by an applicant to apply for membership in the project in this case;

5. The term "agency fee" means an amount to be paid by a member as the agency remuneration for the instant agent, in addition to the cooperative charges, for the performance of all the affairs of the instant agent;

6. The term "shared amount of cooperative members" means all the amounts, such as expenses for cooperative operation, expenses for purchase of project sites, and construction expenses, etc. to be paid to a regional housing association to be transferred the ownership of the objective building (multi-family housing allocated to the cooperative members) from the regional housing association after the completion of the project in this case

Article 4 (Roles of Party to Contract)

1. Roles and duties of the promotion committee of this case;

A. Performance of various authorization and permission businesses, and conditions for the instant business

(b) Securing ownership in the project site until the application for approval of project plan is filed;

(c) Establishment and operation of a public relations center (hereinafter referred to as "public relations center");

2. Roles and duties of the defendant;

A. Financial management of the instant project

B. Assistance in the promotion committee of this case and the instant agent’s reasonable request as a fund manager

3. Roles and duties of the instant agent.

(a) Article 11 [Management of Deposits and Deposits] (3) of the Promotion Committee of this case for the implementation of the project of this case, such as purchase contract of project site, authorization and permission, establishment and operation of public relations centers, recruitment and management of union members, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Committee of this case")
